Delivery & Returns

How much is delivery? 

UK:
  • Free shipping on all standard orders.
  • £3.45 for all express orders.
Europe:
  • £7.45 for orders under £45.
  • Free for orders £45 and over.
International:
  • £7.45 for orders under £45.
  • Free for orders £45 and over. 

 

When will I get my order? 

UK:
  • Standard delivery orders should be delivered within 4 working days, including Saturdays.
  • Express delivery orders should be delivered within 2 working days, including Saturdays.
Europe:
  • Orders should be delivered within 4 - 6 working days, including Saturdays.
International:
  • Orders should be delivered within 7 - 21 working days, including Saturdays.
  • Just to let you know, international orders outside of the EU are being significantly delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, with some orders taking up to six or seven weeks to be delivered.
  • You can still order prints, if you experience a delay over 6 weeks, get in touch and we’ll help out.
  • From the reports we’ve read, some hubs like LA are handling volumes 50% higher than Christmas, and reduced staff and social distancing mean that things are taking much longer than usual.

 

    Are deliveries tracked?

    Sure they are! We'll send out a tracking code in our shipping confirmation email.

     

    How are orders packaged? 

    We roll each poster into a recyclable cardboard tube with a plastic lid. 

    If you buy more than one poster, we will include as many in one tube as we can without damaging them. We might send orders of multiple posters in more than one tube, if needed. 

     

    What about taxes? 

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The PosterBoy are not responsible for delays due to customs.  

     

    Can I return my poster? 

    We offer refunds within 30 days.  

    To receive your refund, you need to send the poster back to us (using the return address on the tube we send you), unused, and in the condition we sent it. 

    We’ll let you know once we’ve processed the return, and refunds will be made to the card you used to buy the poster. 

     

    We can’t refund your order if the poster/s are damaged, used, or outside of this 30-day period.

    Can I exchange my poster? 

    We only offer exchanges within 30 days if the poster arrives damaged. This is very unlikely, but if it does happen, send us the poster using the return address on the tube we sent it in. Once we receive it, we’ll send you a replacement. 

    If you want to exchange the poster for a different design, return the poster to us for a refund. Then you can order the design you’d prefer.  

     

    We can’t exchange your order if the poster/s outside of this 30-day period.
